Producing
I started with music and it’s still a big part of who I am and what inspires me.
I continue to welcome opportunities to produce concerts intended to generate energy toward a greater purpose, whether philanthropic, educational or to honor someone’s life. Music is one of those things “unseen” that weaves connection, inspires and heals. It is through producing music that I learned about magic and working with the unseen.
I can work to support and guide you as you design a concert or I can produce a musical event in consultation with you.
Some of my work as a producer of music:
- Co-produced A Musical Tribute to the life Bob Feldman at the Fitzgerald Theatre, that raised $25,000 for Bob Feldman Redwood Forest Fund, 2007
- Consulted to producers and hosted Minnesota Artists for Obama, 2008
- Co-produced Minnesota Artists for Kerry at O’Shaugnenessy Auditorium, 2004
- Co-produced Earth Day Concerts as co-founder of Concerts for the Environment, 1995-2000
- Produced Women Who Cook Concerts, including Soviet Peace Tour (1988) from, raising money and awareness for a variety of causes and organizations. 1982-2002
- Producer and Associate Producer, TPT’s NightTimes Variety, a weekly music show, 85 shows over three seasons 1980-1983
